IT'S A SCAM - FRAUD ALERT!!!
Purchased a camera back in early October. Since then it's been one delay after another regarding the delivery of the camera. The fact of the matter is, the camera was never coming. This is a scam website that severely undercuts the pricing of legitimate vendors with the apparent intention of stealing your money. I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs. I now have to begin the arduous task of finding a way to get my money back. I sincerely hope that you consider this warning before you too fall prey to their fraudulent activities. Bottomline: Buy your camera from a legitimate store.

Bait and switch artists at their best, stay away. Call to try and switch item, get major attitudes... My Mother is fine..How's theirs? Nice right? Stay away trust me. Ordered Nikon lens, nothing mentioned on import on the website or that it just supposedly shoots video only, not stills. then attempt to sell me another lens at 400.oo more of a price when lens was best priced on the internet as they listed it. This is VINTAGE and typical bait and switch Guy had MAJOR ATTITUDE on phone and wouldn't let me speak and got VERY BELLIGERENT AND NASTY.

Watch the AJ Ritchie folks - not satisfied
I ordered a camera that looked to be a great deal - $140 less than Amazon - It didn't include charger, card, case. By the time it all added up it was the same price as Amazon. They then lead me to believe it would be to me in 5 business days, took more like 15! I made multiple calls to them to figure out where it was. When it arrived ,no card that I had paid $49 for - more waiting The case was a joke, some off their shelf that supposedly fit the camera like a glove - it was a s big as my wife's purse. More calls, for my inconvenience would send a 16 Gb card, it was an 8. They did convince me for the case to keep and they would send another battery - they did that, I assume it works!! All in all, way TOO MUCH HASSLE to deal with. I hope the camera doesn't break, I hate to deal anymore!!!!

Non delivery of camera
I ordered a camera May 10, and have called 4 time since in the ensuing 2 months. Each time I am given another date 2 weeks in advance - what is additionally aggravating is they have continued to offer this camera with a 2 week delivery. I have raised the question of the poor reviews with the salesman - he stated they were all old, and had been "resolved". I have just done a google search and there is a group of 6 complaints, all within the last 4 months. I really want the camera at the price it is being offered, but now should I ever get it i wonder if i am going to get a genuine product.

SCAM site - NEVER BUY FROM THEM
They lure you in with cheap prices. Then they make you call them the next day to say it was an international version. Then after i said please ship international version, i call back a week later and they say this wont ship for 2-4 weeks! They didnt notify me or anything. Dirty *** And turns out they try to upsell you on normal US models of the cameras and these prices are more than what I could find on Amazon. If you buy from them - i WILL GURANTEEE this happens to you. WORST RESELLER EVER - i even called Nikon USA and they said they are not authorized - told me to avoid them.

I ordered a camera on May21st...they never shipped it every time I would call back tey advised it would be another 2 weeks...they never contacted me...finally today when i called they advised that they cancelled the order A TOTALLY FRAUDULENT company...the offer. Items at prices they never intend to sell them at...I've spent additional $100+ on accessories for a camera that is never going to arrive

We ordered a camera in April. They said it would arrive in a couple of weeks. When it didn't, no one called us. We called a few times, left messages. None were returned. We finally got someone, they said it was coming from overseas, there would be a week delay. This has been going on up to today, June 19th, where we canceled the order. No remorse from employee. They make you call to place orders, then try to up sell you several items. I think because we didn't buy any add ons, they never really placed our order. Never, ever order from this company.

Bait and switch
Ordered Canon G16 camera online on 4/9/14 for $329. Buyers are rquired to speak with them by phone to confirm prior to shipping. In that phone conv. the rep said the $329 price was for the international model and everything was in Japanese. That a US model would be $500. $500 is the going price at most outlets and represented no bargain at all. I would not give them the business since their listing does not specify that the model being sold is an international model with no instruction in english. I cancelled the order, which they confirmed by email.

Ordered camera on 12/28 delivery was promised 10-14 days [by mid Jan] is 2/7 have not received
Called end of Jan AJ said "sorry - is an overseas shipment and so could take as much as 4-5 weeks" [so first week Feb at the latest] so here it is end of the first week Feb, and still no camera. I just want to know where there actual office, warehouse or store is located. Does any body out there know? I don't get any satisfaction over the phone. They didn't send me the items I ordered. They sent me the wrong items. I think if some of the unsatisfied customers knew where the store was located they could picket the store. Even better go inside and give the a piece of their mind. But I guess a company like this works out of a basement boiler room. Has anybody bought these people to court. They should start a class action suite.
